        All of Pentaconn products are designed and made in Japan. 

Q2 : All the products are ready stocks or pre-order stocks?

        Depends on the stocks availability and pre-order stocks might takes extra 3-4 working days to deliver. 

Q3 : Can I return an item after it is delivered to me?

        Yes, you can. However, there are terms and conditions apply. Please refer to the Warranty & Return Policy  for more information on this.

Q4 : How can I pay for my order?

      METHOD 1 : Credit Card

      Credit card payment via our site payment gateway by ipay88 ( Visa, Mastercard & UnionPay).

      METHOD 2 : Online Banking 

       E-banking Malaysia only, payment via our site payment gatway by ipay 88.

Q5 : Can I use foreign currency at payment?

        All payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Q7 : How much is the shipping fee?

        Shipping fee is vary by destination and weight. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery  for details and shipping fee rates.

Q8 : Can I buy Pentaconn products without creating an account?

        Yes, you can checkout as guest when you make your order. 

Q9 : I can't find a particular product/item I want from Pentaconn online store, what can I do?
