Should there be a problem, kindly read the warranty condition below:

1) Nippon Dics Co, Ltd warrants this product for a period of one year from the date of invoice date or date of shipment of new or unused equipment.

2) The warranty does not cover mechanical damage caused by

• Misuse
• Abuse
• Accident
• Malicious damage
• Lack of reasonable care
• Damage due to force majeure or natural forces.
• Damage on packaging due to shipping

3) To obtain warranty service,

5) Warranty is subjected to verification by NIPPON DICS Co. Ltd before proceeding into any Return, Repair, Refund and otherwise.

• Return of shipment for this item for Repair under this warranty will be at customer’s expense.
• Customer required to ensure for appropriate shipment as customer are taken into responsibility for the product until it arrives at designated return facility.
• All Refund purchase required to Return particular item to designated return facility.
• For those failed to Return the item, Refund shall pull back or to have reduction of Refund amount subject to the item value.

6) Kindly take note that refund is only applicable for Credit Card transaction only, online trasaction is not applicable
