Overview
Aftermarket MMCX cable-side plug — the female receptacle that mates with the male MMCX pin on the IEM. 24K gold plating over a brass body, snap-fit retention with the standard MMCX retention-bead geometry.
Insertion lifecycle is the lower end of the connectors in the database — roughly 2,000 cycles before the retention bead has degraded enough to allow rotational slip under cable tension. The mechanical-life ceiling that limits MMCX use.
