Overview
Universal 0.78 mm 2-pin cable plug — phosphor-bronze contact pins with 24K gold plating, polycarbonate housing. The de-facto modern IEM cable termination for everything in the dynamic-driver and tribrid catalog.
Mechanically simpler than MMCX and consequently more reliable over long-term use. Insertion lifecycle is 5,000+ cycles; cable rotation is constrained by the dual-pin keying, which is a feature (no accidental phase inversion) and a feature (no microphonic ear-hook rotational freedom).
Standard termination on the OCC copper IEM cable and the hybrid copper-silver IEM cable.
