Overview
Eight-core OCC (single-crystal Ohno Continuous Cast) copper IEM upgrade cable terminated in 4.4 mm Pentaconn balanced. Litz-braided construction with PEEK strand separators eliminates the proximity-effect losses that ordinary stranded copper suffers above 10 kHz.
The conductor metallurgy of choice for users who want the warm, weighty bass of OCC copper without the brightness shift of monocrystal silver. Eight independent cores (4 per channel) keep crosstalk below -120 dB.
0.78 mm 2-pin source-side termination by default; the reference dynamic IEM and the planar IEM are direct mating partners. Companion piece: replacement Y-junction cinch.
