Overview
Pop-in replacement wax guard filters sized for the standard 2.8 mm balanced-armature IEM nozzle. Each guard is a perforated stainless-steel mesh in a polymer carrier; installation uses a two-ended applicator tool (remove old, push new in) supplied in the pack.
Wax-guard replacement is a wear-item operation: most IEMs get a new guard every 4–8 weeks of daily use. Replacing the guard restores treble extension that gradually faded as wax loaded the original mesh.
Compatible with most BA and hybrid IEMs including the Multi-BA IEM and the tribrid hybrid IEM. Pairs with the IEM cleaning kit.
